Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit of competency specifies the skills and knowledge required to carry out the initial curing process to poured concrete in order to control moisture evaporation from finished concrete.It includes using curing agents and curing techniques in accordance with engineering specifications.It applies to concreters working as members of a team with at least a moderate degree of autonomy. They would be expected to complete routine activities without close supervision.Licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit of competency in all states and territories except Tasmania. Relevant state and territory regulatory authorities should be consulted to confirm these requirements. | ||
